Medical Office Administrator

Position: Full-Time Medical Office Administrator Role
Step into a rewarding role as a Medical Office Administrator at Generation Fertility's Newmarket clinic. This position requires a focused, detail-oriented individual committed to enhancing patient experiences through effective administration.

Reporting to the Administrative Team Lead, you will be pivotal in managing clinic functions such as booking appointments and processing patient inquiries.

Your role ensures that patients receive timely and accurate support while upholding the clinic's high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming calls from patients and schedule appointments

• Maintain up-to-date EMR records and patient charts

• Assist in check-ins and manage patient inquiries

• Ensure clinic cleanliness and organization

• Handle orderings and inventory for medical supplies

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Medical Administrative experience

• Proficient in MS Office and EMR software

• Knowledge of OHIP billing and MD billing is beneficial

• Relevant diploma in Medical Office or Business Administration

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
