Position: Scheduling Administrator for LTC Operations
Become a key part of Long Term Care operations as a Scheduling Administrator. Utilize specialized scheduling software to ensure efficient staffing and scheduling across multiple locations and shifts.

Reporting to the Supervisor of Scheduling and Administration, this role focuses on coordinating and verifying daily and weekly staff schedules for Long Term Care and Seniors operations. Your responsibilities will include maintaining staff resources, managing casual staff schedules, and assisting with performance report preparation. You'll play a vital role in optimizing scheduling procedures for improved efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and confirm staff across diverse shifts and locations

• Maintain documentation and records using scheduling software

• Provide coverage for vacations and training sessions

• Update staffing schedules for new hires and absences

• Respond to schedule-related inquiries from employees

Requirements:

• Completion of Secondary School Diploma or equivalent

• Understanding of scheduling techniques and methods

• Intermediate MS Office and virtual platform skills

• Good communication and interpersonal abilities

• Availability for rotating shifts including evenings and weekends
