Position: Part Time Clerical Support ON

As a Program Clerical Support member, you will work under the direction of healthcare providers, supporting patient care. Engage with patients by directing them, managing appointment changes, and coordinating crucial medical records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and direct them to appropriate personnel

• Respond effectively to phone inquiries and appointment changes

• Coordinate patient records and maintain electronic health systems

• Schedule internal and external appointments for patients

• Process physician orders and requisitions accurately

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 12 education required

• Medical Terminology Certificate needed

• One year of clerical experience in healthcare environment

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Meditech

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills required
