In this temporary position, you will support the Trial Coordinator by managing court lists and liaising with judges, counsel, and staff. Your skills in organization and problem-solving will help enhance court operations. The role requires meeting pressing scheduling demands and compiling statistical data effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and manage court schedules efficiently
• Coordinate with judiciary, counsel, and the public
• Identify scheduling issues promptly to Trial Coordinators
• Prepare statistical information related to court cases
• Assist in planning court sittings and events
Requirements:
• Strong organizational and planning abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure with conflicting priorities
• Knowledge of court functions and legal terminology
• Proficiency in various computer applications
