We are seeking an experienced Automotive Paint Technician (Polisher) with exceptional skills in polishing, detailing, and surface finishing of both metal and composite panels
. This role focuses on delivering show-quality finishes on high-end automotive vehicles
, requiring precision, craftsmanship, and a strong eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality painting, polishing, and detailing of automotive body panels
  • Prepare and finish metal and composite surfaces to premium standards
  • Execute surface preparation, sanding, masking, priming, painting, and clear coating
  • Carry out final polishing and detailing to achieve flawless, high-gloss finishes
  • Inspect finished work to ensure compliance with high-end quality standards
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized paint and finishing environment
  • Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures
  • Qualifications &

    Experience:

  • Proven experience as a paint technician in automotive or aerospace environments
  • Highly skilled in polishing and detailing of metal and composite panels
  • Experience working on high-end or luxury vehicles strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of surface preparation, paint systems, and finishing techniques
  • Exceptional attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
  • Ability to work independently and meet high-quality expectations
