About the Position:Southlake Ford Lincoln is starting a Mobile Service Operation. Therefore we are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Mobile Service Technician to join our service team. This position involves performing routine maintenance, inspections, and select repairs at customers’ homes, workplaces, and other designated locations. The successful candidate will help deliver a convenient, professional service experience while maintaining Ford’s standards for quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance, vehicle inspections, and approved repairs at customer locations.
Diagnose and address vehicle concerns using Ford diagnostic equipment and technical information.
Complete software updates, battery replacements, minor repairs, and other mobile service operations as assigned.
Communicate professionally with customers regarding work performed and any additional service recommendations.
Maintain accurate repair orders, service documentation, and time records.
Ensure the mobile service vehicle, tools, parts, and equipment are properly maintained and organized.
Follow all dealership, manufacturer, and workplace health and safety procedures.
Represent Southlake Ford Lincoln professionally while delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications:Licensed Automotive Service Technician (310S) preferred.
Previous automotive dealership and/or Ford vehicle experience is an asset.
Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and problem-solving skills.
Valid Ontario driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to work independently and manage appointments efficiently.
Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
Must have the necessary tools and technical knowledge to perform assigned work.

- This position will be an hourly position (not flat rate) ranging from $25.00 and up (depending on experience, qualifications plus a productivity and customer satisfaction bonus.)
