- Location Queensville , ON L0G 1R0
- Salary 37.50 hourly / 30 hours per week
- Terms of employment Permanent employment Full time
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
3 years to less than 5 years
Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Responsibilities Tasks- Examine plans, drawings and site layouts
- Inspect construction of building and engineering construction
- Ensure compliance to drawings, specifications and building codes
- Ensure electrical and plumbing installations meet government regulation
- Enforce steel and concrete installation codes
- Inspect construction of sewer systems and pipelines
- Inspect to ensure that safe working conditions are maintained
- Inspect existing buildings for structural defects and fire hazards
- Inspect and provide reports on condition of new or resale homes
