Join Maple Reinders as a Concrete Foreman and lead field crews in Bradford and Wasaga Beach. Ensure effective, secure, and high-quality concrete operations while achieving project goals every day. We are looking for a Concrete Foreman to supervise daily field operations in the concrete sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and lead concrete crews effectively
- Coordinate formwork and concrete placement
- Interpret and follow specifications accurately
- Enforce safety policies throughout the project
- Record timesheets and manage cost coding
- Lead concrete teams successfully with Maple Reinders and contribute to countless projects across Bradford and Wasaga Beach.
- At least 5 years of concrete experience required
- Previous Foreman or Lead Hand experience preferred
- In-depth knowledge of concrete processes
- Robust layout and elevation verification skills
- Experience in heavy civil projects preferred
