Join Bird as a Project Coordinator for the York Biofuel Facility in East Gwillimbury, Ontario. Support construction activities while utilizing your Last Planner System expertise in a site-based role.

This position involves coordinating project documentation, planning, and execution in a collaborative environment. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will work closely with trade partners to ensure effective project delivery. Your hands-on experience is essential in maintaining schedules and addressing construction challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support project manager with construction activity coordination

• Facilitate pull-planning and weekly work sessions

• Manage documentation requests and trade partners' needs

• Assist with project budgets, schedules, and progress tracking

• Participate in subcontractor meetings and monitor activities

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in relevant field

• 2-5 years of Project Coordinator experience

• Proficiency in Last Planner System

• Knowledge of construction documentation and drawings

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
