Experienced Site Superintendent

Position: Experienced Site Superintendent at 6ixBuild
Location: East Gwillimbury

Lead commercial construction projects as a Site Superintendent with 6ixBuild. Oversee daily operations, manage subcontractors, and ensure project compliance on site.

6ixBuild seeks a qualified Site Superintendent to join our team. With at least five years in construction, you will take ownership of day-to-day site activities and maintain high-quality standards. Effective communication and problem-solving skills will be crucial in coordinating trade schedules and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily construction activities and supervise site staff

• Ensure quality and compliance with project specifications

• Conduct regular site inspections and quality assessments

• Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment needs

• Provide updates on progress, schedules, and site issues

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in construction, preferably as Superintendent

• Strong commercial construction experience and knowledge

• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings

• Excellent leadership and coordination skills

• Familiarity with Ontario safety regulations
