This key role involves managing significant construction and renewal initiatives for educational facilities. You will coordinate with contractors, oversee budgets, and contribute to project planning that supports the Board's strategic goals. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise construction and renewal projects
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and school staff
• Develop and maintain project documentation
• Conduct evaluations of contractors and consultants
• Ensure safety and compliance throughout projects
Requirements:
• Three-year post-secondary degree in a relevant field
• Seven years of progressive experience in construction management
• Relevant professional certifications preferred
• Familiarity with Ontario building codes required
• Valid Ontario Driver’s License and transportation access
