Experienced Site Superintendent Northern Ontario

Lead construction projects across Northern and Central Ontario as a Site Superintendent with CGV. Ensure seamless operations and manage daily site activities to deliver successful projects.

CGV, a family-owned construction firm based in Cochrane, Ontario, is looking for an experienced Site Superintendent. You will oversee on-site operations for various commercial and institutional projects while collaborating closely with the Project Manager.

Your role requires strong leadership and organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining safety on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute daily construction activities

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel

• Collaborate with the Project Manager on scheduling

• Review drawings and communicate requirements clearly

• Maintain compliance with safety regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum of five years as a Site Superintendent

• Strong knowledge of construction methods and safety

• Proficient in reading construction drawings

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Valid driver's license for project travel
