Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily on-site construction activities efficiently

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in a Superintendent role in industrial construction

• Experience with large projects, preferably over 50,000 sq ft

• Strong field management and leadership skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project

• Willingness to travel extensively based on project demands
