Newmarket Motors currently have a vacancy for a Parts Advisor. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys delivering excellent customer service.

• Processing parts, invoices, deliveries, orders and returns.
• Dealing with aftersales customers on the phone and in person.
• Co‑ordinating with floor mechanics to ensure parts are ready for each job.
• Daily collection and delivery of parts.
• Assisting the service advisor / CVRT advisor during busy periods.
• Answering phone calls at all levels of the company during busy periods.
• Undertaking any administrative duties as required.

• Previous experience in a fast‑paced parts environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team or independently.
• Basic computer skills; training will be provided.
• Ability to assess and resolve queries promptly.
• Willingness to learn new skills.
• Understanding of basic workings of HGVs and LCVs.
• Reliable, punctual and presentable.
• Flexible work hours when required.
