Newmarket Motors – Parts Advisor
Newmarket Motors currently have a vacancy for a Parts Advisor. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities and Duties- Processing parts, invoices, deliveries, orders and returns.
- Dealing with aftersales customers on the phone and in person.
- Co‑ordinating with floor mechanics to ensure parts are ready for each job.
- Daily collection and delivery of parts.
- Assisting the service advisor / CVRT advisor during busy periods.
- Answering phone calls at all levels of the company during busy periods.
- Undertaking any administrative duties as required.
- Previous experience in a fast‑paced parts environment.
- Ability to work as part of a team or independently.
- Basic computer skills; training will be provided.
- Ability to assess and resolve queries promptly.
- Willingness to learn new skills.
- Understanding of basic workings of HGVs and LCVs.
- Reliable, punctual and presentable.
- Flexible work hours when required.
