Position: Bilingual CSR (FRENCH - IN OFFICE ROLE)

Bilingual CSR - $55,000/yrs

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Group Benefits after probation
After the probationary period, there is an option to work 1 day remote: 4 days on-site / 1 day remote

Job Summary:

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will be responsible for processing orders, handling customer inquiries and providing technical assistance for all our products. This role requires strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities; excellent communication skills in both English and French. The ideal candidate will have experience in a retail distribution environment, supporting distributors, agents and consumers, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in both English & French.

• Process customer orders and product returns, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

• Provide product-related technical support and advice.

• Process product feedback and customer complaints, escalating issues as necessary.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer service excellence.

• Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies and industry standards.

• Collection calls and other customer and account-related tasks as required.
Requirements:

• Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).

• Exceptional communication skills in both languages.

• Strong organization skills, ability to multitask, while maintaining attention to detail.

• Related customer service experience.

• Keyboarding and proficiency in computer applications.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns professionally.

• Experience in the Quebec market preferred.
