You will play a vital part in delivering high quality services while assisting with payments and managing daily financial records. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills are essential for addressing inquiries and ensuring a smooth operation. Flexibility in scheduling is necessary for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver excellent customer service during payment transactions
• Maintain accurate daily cash balances and prepare deposits
• Process drop-in admissions and program registrations
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints effectively
• Relay important shift updates to the Recreation Programmer
Requirements:
• Strong interpersonal and problem resolution skills
• Demonstrated ability to handle cash accurately
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and various software
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Current Standard First Aid & CPR-C certification required
