Cintas is on the hunt for a Service Team Leader to enhance our customer service operations. This supervisory role includes the responsibility of training and evaluating team members to deliver exceptional service. You will ensure compliance with all regulations while focusing on customer relationship management and contract renewals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and develop customer service teams daily
• Drive hiring and training for optimal team performance
• Manage customer contract renewals and relationships
• Ensure compliance with all service and driving standards
• Assist in product logistics for delivery and pick-up
Requirements:
• High School Diploma/GED;
Bachelor's degree recommended
• Valid unrestricted driver's license necessary
• Experience in customer service or sales required
• Background in training or instructing preferred
• Comply with provincial driving regulations
