We are looking for a talented Customer Implementation Specialist to join our expanding New Client Care team. This position requires project management expertise and exceptional communication skills to guide customers through the onboarding journey. Collaborate closely with other teams to resolve issues and enhance client satisfaction during implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee client onboarding from initiation to go-live
• Create and manage comprehensive project documentation
• Serve as the main contact for new client interactions
• Gather client requirements for customized solutions
• Train clients on our scheduling products effectively
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year in a relevant role
• Proven project management abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Technical savvy with complex systems
• Highly organized and detail-oriented mindset
Contribute to improving senior care technology at Staff Schedule Care through outstanding client support and implementation.
