Position: Full-Time Concierge at Sienna Senior Living

In this permanent, full-time position, you will be a key member of our community dedicated to enhancing the Team Member Experience. As a Concierge, your role will involve responding to inquiries, providing clerical support, and ensuring visitors feel welcomed. You will also assist in promoting positive interactions and maintaining excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address resident and visitor inquiries promptly and diplomatically

• Ensure excellent customer interactions with all community members

• Greet visitors and conduct building tours per guidelines

• Provide clerical support to management as needed

• Complete records for cash transactions concerning meal vouchers

Requirements:

• Completion of grade 12 education

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proven customer service skills and a positive attitude

• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability

• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Power Point
