As part of Open Road Auto Group, you will engage in counter service and manage parts inquiries, crafting detailed invoices for various clients. Key Responsibilities:
• Handle parts inquiries via counter service and sales
• Prepare detailed invoices and customer statements
• Supply parts quotes to service, retail, and wholesale clients
• Maintain inventory and cleanliness of the Parts Department
• Verify shipments by checking orders against packing lists
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of telephone-based customer service
• Strong telephone communication skills required
• Detail-oriented with a thorough work approach
• Knowledgeable about dealership operations
• Ability to work independently and in a team
