Position: Holiday Customer Service Representative LCBO

Reporting to the Store Manager, this on-site role focuses on customer support and sales. Engage with customers through the POS system, actively participate in sustainability campaigns, and ensure the store is well-stocked and organized. You will also gain valuable skills through paid online training, enhancing your knowledge about wine, beer, cider, and spirits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve customers efficiently via POS/Cash system

• Ask for donations for the Spirit of Sustainability

• Participate in Customer Experience surveys

• Receive and replenish stock, maintain store cleanliness

• Lift cases up to 40 lbs. and stand for long periods

Requirements:

• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

• Minimum age of 18 years

• Bilingualism in English and French is a bonus

• Availability on weekends and holidays required

• Comfortable working with teammates in a retail setting
