In this vital leadership role, you will oversee the development of a new 350,000 square foot hospital that integrates advanced technology and Indigenous cultures. Reporting to the VP of Capital Redevelopment, you will manage a complex capital project in collaboration with diverse stakeholders, including the Kenora Chiefs Advisory. Your strategic vision and expertise will shape a sustainable healthcare campus that serves the Northwestern Ontario community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all phases of hospital design and construction
• Collaborate with Indigenous communities on project integration
• Manage multi-stakeholder relationships effectively
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
• Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years in capital planning or construction
• Proven leadership in major healthcare projects
• Strong technical expertise in design and procurement
• Experience with public sector procurement models
• Degree in architecture, engineering, or related discipline
