The Shop, a ministry of Youth Unlimited, is seeking a full-time Youth Worker to provide vital support in mentoring youth and developing their life skills. You will work closely with a team of mechanics and youth workers, offering practical automotive training while nurturing emotional and spiritual growth. This role emphasizes hands-on activities, fostering confidence through participation on the Shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide spiritual mentorship and guidance to youth

• Assist in developing job skills through hands-on training

• Facilitate informal group discussions and shared meals

• Maintain a consistent presence during Shop programming

• Support operational tasks, including vehicle repairs

Requirements:

• A heart for youth mentorship and community investment

• 2-3 years of youth work or related experience

• Strong commitment to Jesus Christ and local church

• Proficiency or interest in vehicle repairs
