Key Responsibilities:

• Guide youth spiritually and emotionally on-site

• Facilitate hands-on skills in automotive repair

• Promote group discussions and informal mentorship

• Provide consistent encouragement during programming

• Support various operational tasks in the Shop

Requirements:

• Desire to mentor young people within a ministry context

• 2-3 years of experience with youth or related fields

• Strong Christian faith and church involvement

• Mechanical proficiency or interest in vehicle mechanics
