Part Time French Teacher

Join Oxford Learning Newmarket as a part-time French Teacher and inspire students’ language skills! Help children turn struggles into success through engaging, structured lessons, and small class sizes.

This role at Oxford Learning focuses on teaching French up to Grade 12 level in a nurturing environment. You'll assist three students at a time, guiding them through provided curriculum without the need for lesson planning. Evening and weekend availability is essential to support students after school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach up to three students at varying levels

• Conduct in-person classes in French

• Utilize Oxford Learning methodologies during lessons

• Provide daily student communication updates

• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification

• Experience teaching/tutoring Grade 9-12 French

• Strong oral and written French and English skills

• Ability to multitask with small groups

• Commitment to a two-semester engagement
