Become a dedicated part-time French tutor, transforming student confidence from uncertainty to enthusiasm. Conduct lessons entirely in French and engage learners effectively.
You will be committed to teaching children from Grade 9 and above, working after school hours, and potentially into the summer. Reliability and a strong command of both French and English will be key to supporting your students effectively.
Your role will revolve around personal interaction, filling out lesson notes, and maintaining strong communication with parents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Instruct students in a classroom environment
• Manage up to 3 learners simultaneously
• Document communication updates post-lessons
• Implement specific teaching methodologies
• Maintain a supportive and engaging classroom atmosphere
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• Experience teaching French at the secondary level
• Excellent proficiency in both French and English
• Multi-tasking abilities to handle several students
• Must complete vulnerable sector screening
