Position: Full-Time Instructional Coordinator Position
Become the Full-Time Instructional Coordinator at the University of Waterloo, specializing in the WE Accelerate initiative. This role focuses on effective teaching methodologies and student support for work-integrated learning.

This position is crucial for administering and enhancing the WE Accelerate program within the Centre for Work-Integrated Learning. Your responsibilities will include managing programming logistics, mentoring staff and students, and collaborating with industry partners to foster continuous improvement in program delivery. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee administration and execution of WE Accelerate programming

• Guide and support students in their learning journey

• Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders

• Contribute to program development and refinements

• Schedule workshops and events to facilitate learning

Requirements:

• Degree in education or related field preferred

• Proven experience in program management

• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities
