Upper Canada Child Care is seeking Educators for its before and after school programs. Candidates will teach and support a developmentally appropriate curriculum while ensuring compliance with government regulations. This casual supply position offers the flexibility to work at various scheduled shifts each month.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement inquiry/play-based programs for child development
• Maintain compliance with Ministry of Education standards
• Communicate effectively with children and families
• Complete daily logs and reporting documentation
• Guide assistant educators and volunteers during activities
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education
• Current Police Vulnerable Sector Check
• Up-to-date registration with the College of ECEs
• Certification in CPR-C and First Aid
• Experience with pedagogical documentation
