EnVision is on the lookout for a Senior Geotechnical Engineer skilled in project management and client interaction. You will lead the geotechnical team, correlate field operations, and ensure the delivery of high-quality reports. Proactively managing project timelines and finances while mentoring junior staff will be integral to your role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead operational tasks of the geotechnical group

• Coordinate and conduct field investigations and assessments

• Review and prepare technical reports for quality assurance

• Manage project budgets, schedules, and communications

• Guide staff towards continuous improvement and excellence

Requirements:

• Degree in Geotechnical, Civil, or Geological engineering

• Ontario Professional Engineer designation or eligibility

• At least 5 years of relevant consultation experience

• Proven track record in leadership and client relationship management

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
