As part of our Mechatronics, Mirrors, and Lighting team, you will spearhead various engineering operations while encouraging a culture of continuous improvement.

Your role will be vital in enhancing first-time-through rates and ensuring the efficiency of processes. Collaborating with your team, you will also support new product launches by refining operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead manufacturing engineering across process lines

• Implement initiatives for efficiency and scrap reduction

• Direct test engineering strategies for fault diagnostics

• Manage process controls for high-quality outputs

• Conduct scheduled workplace safety assessments

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering

• 3-5 years leading engineering teams

• Experience in manufacturing or process engineering

• Strong analytics capability for data-driven decisions

• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts advantageous
