Test Technician

- Conduct testing on electric vehicle and energy storage systems at cell, module, and pack level
- Perform various tests such as propagation, overcharge, thermal, mechanical, and environmental testing
- Set up and operate test equipment, instrumentation, and data acquisition systems
- Monitor tests, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure accurate and reliable results
- Record and document test data, including reports, processed data, photos, and videos
- Follow established test standards, procedures, and customer requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet project timelines and deliver results on schedule
- Technical diploma (2–3 years) in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of electrical systems and/or lithium-ion battery technology
- Experience with test equipment, instrumentation, or data acquisition systems
- Ability to follow technical procedures and maintain high attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Familiarity with industry testing standards (e.g., UN, UL, IEC, ISO)

- Work is conducted in a laboratory and testing environment
