Position: Magna Advanced Quality Engineering Role
Join Magna as an Advanced Quality Engineering Specialist, focusing on automotive technologies and quality assurance processes. This role is essential for resolving customer quality issues and ensuring product excellence.

As part of the Magna Mechatronics, Mirrors, and Lighting group, you will leverage your expertise in quality engineering to lead various initiatives. With a focus on compliance and safety, you will participate in PPAP, manage quality control plans, and engage in warranty analysis. Your responsibility involves navigating complex quality challenges while maintaining effective supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Engineering change trials and new program launches

• Develop Product Validation Plans with defined requirements

• Coordinate Early Supplier Involvement to enhance product design

• Review GD&T requirements of Finished Goods/Components

• Conduct Test Fixture Verification and oversee test part delivery

Requirements:

• 5-7 years work experience in quality engineering

• Post-secondary education in mechanical or quality engineering

• ASQC certification preferred

• Experience in Tier 1 automotive preferred

• Strong communication and leadership skills
