In this full-time technical role, you will collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to design tailored client solutions. Your experience in API integrations, risk management, and strong customer communication skills will be essential for success. You will also gather customer insights to enhance product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the technical advisor during client engagements
• Lead onboarding activities for new clients and partners
• Support integration discussions with customer teams
• Manage post-sales support and issue resolution
• Develop technical documentation and proof-of-concept solutions
Requirements:
• 3+ years in Sales Engineer or related role
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Experience with technical onboarding and API integrations
• Knowledge of risk management or cybersecurity technologies
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a hybrid environment
