Key Responsibilities:

• Direct tooling management and coordination with engineering teams

• Assess and approve new tooling designs and specifications

• Maintain accurate tooling databases for all North American tools

• Conduct FMEA on new tooling projects

• Oversee quality assurance for metal forming parts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering

• At least five years of experience in automotive tooling

• Familiarity with progressive and transfer dies manufacturing

• Capable of leading multilevel technical discussions

• Willingness to travel for vendor audits and meetings
