This position involves daily operations under the guidance of the Senior Team Lead. Responsibilities include maintaining water treatment facilities and conducting thorough checks to ensure efficiency and regulatory alignment. A valid MECP license is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain water treatment and pumping systems

• Perform thorough inspections and necessary repairs

• Analyze data logs for operational compliance

• Facilitate the installation of new water system equipment

• Oversee the training of co-op students and junior staff
Requirements:

• MECP Water Treatment and Distribution license (OIT – IV)

• Proven experience in water facility operations

• Strong understanding of hydraulics and mechanical systems

• Class “G” driver’s license without serious infractions

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
