Join our team as a Manufacturing Engineer and drive operational excellence through process optimization and new product support. This collaborative role focuses on improving manufacturing efficiencies.
As a Manufacturing Engineer, your insights and experience will influence critical operational improvement initiatives. The role requires several years of relevant industry experience, emphasizing process development and support for new product introductions. You will also be instrumental in maintaining documentation and facilitating team training.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the optimization of manufacturing processes
• Participate in planning and operational improvement projects
• Assist with troubleshooting and corrective action initiatives
• Evaluate equipment installation for automation projects
• Coordinate training for new processes and equipment
Requirements:
• Engineering degree or equivalent technical discipline
• Experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role
• Familiarity with manufacturing best practices
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proven project coordination expertise
