Engineering Program Manager for Automotive

Drive automotive program initiatives as an Engineering Program Manager with hands-on leadership. Oversee the entire lifecycle from development to launch while ensuring compliance with quality and profitability goals.
This role requires you to manage all aspects of the program, including budgeting, prototyping, and testing. You will act as a liaison with customers and suppliers to ensure requirements are met, while maintaining a focus on engineering feasibility. Your proactive strategies will ensure successful project implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead quoting processes for prototypes and production

• Develop budgets and manage program timelines

• Coordinate testing activities and approvals

• Oversee approvals of tooling and assembly contracts

• Interface with quality teams for PPAP documentation
Requirements:

• Engineering degree or equivalent necessary

• 5+ years in automotive manufacturing experience

• Preferred experience with OEM program launches

• Capability to interpret engineering drawings effectively

• Strong organizational and communication skills
