Excel in mining strategy as Amrize's Senior Resource and Mining Planning Manager, focusing on aggregate resource management. Leverage your expertise to enhance operational safety and efficiency.
In this esteemed role, you will manage and account for aggregate reserves within Central Canada, ensuring all regulatory standards are met. Collaborate closely with functional teams to develop effective mine planning initiatives while leading geological investigations. Your leadership will also extend to supporting local business operations and maintaining safety and environmental compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and report aggregate reserves in compliance

• Develop collaborative mining and stripping plans

• Mentor teams in geological model building

• Provide operational support and troubleshooting solutions

• Identify new resource opportunities with land management
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field

• 10+ years in the mining or construction materials sector

• Professional Engineer or Geoscientist certification

• Experience with mine planning tools and regulations

• Regular travel for site inspections required
