In this key position, you will manage tooling data and mentor engineers within the Magna Seating group.

Your role includes leading the Center of Excellence for metal forming, coordinating with vendors, and contributing to the strategic planning of tooling initiatives. With an emphasis on innovation, you will also oversee procedural improvements and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee tooling timelines and cost management

• Develop and track tooling performance reports

• Coordinate cross-department tooling requirements and changes

• Review and approve tooling designs for optimization

• Support quality audits and adherence to standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

• At least five years of experience in the automotive sector

• Proficient in tooling design and fabrication methods

• Strong organizational and communication abilities

• Willingness to travel for auditing and collaboration
