Drive program success as a Program Support Specialist for CAFM technology. Utilize your skills in ARCHIBUS and AutoCAD to optimize facilities management efficiency.
As a key member reporting to the Program Manager for Building Information Management, you'll lead the development of training materials and system integrations. Your experience in IWMS and Oracle will be instrumental in maintaining data integrity and enhancing operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and document system functionalities' specifications
• Take charge of enhancements related to CAFM
• Develop systems ensuring data accuracy and reliability
• Customize queries and reports for users
• Facilitate training sessions for effective system use
Requirements:
• Diploma in Architectural Technology or closely related field
• Profound knowledge of IWMS and Oracle expertise
• Background in project management and software testing
• Proficient in AutoCAD and visual reporting techniques
• Strong communication for effective documentation
Leverage CAFM skills to contribute to impactful facilities management solutions.
