Position: PCBA Process Engineering Manager at Celestica
Lead PCBA manufacturing enhancements with Celestica as a Process Engineering Manager. Focus on optimizing processes to achieve quality, cost, and delivery targets with a blend of strategic planning and hands-on troubleshooting.
In this leadership role at Celestica, you will manage manufacturing processes with a significant focus on efficiency and stability across PCBA lines. This includes directing a team of Process Engineers, handling capacity planning, and supporting new product launches. Strong leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage escalations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with supervisors to minimize equipment downtime

• Mentor Process Engineers and interns for performance development

• Support New Product Launch initiatives effectively

• Execute short-term improvements and long-term strategies

• Oversee Cap Ex management and qualification plans
Requirements:

• 6–8 years' experience in PCBA manufacturing

• 2–3 years in a people leadership role

• Excellent analytical and capacity modeling skills

• Proven track record in high-pressure escalation management

• Relevant engineering degree or equivalent experience
