In this role, you'll support the setup and customization of automated dispensing equipment while ensuring quality production processes. Your focus will include fixture design, program updates, and maintaining high manufacturing standards. Engage in problem-solving by leveraging your knowledge of systems, materials, and production standards. Collaborate with other engineering teams to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and maintain automated dispensing equipment for PCB production
• Provide technical support on material issues during production
• Establish inspection criteria and coordinate component qualification
• Evaluate and recommend new equipment for manufacturing processes
• Solve technical problems under the guidance of senior engineers
Requirements:
• 2-4 years of relevant engineering experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Proficiency in CAD software like CATIA or AutoCAD
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment
• Canadian citizen or permanent resident for CGP compliance
