Automotive Project Engineer at Magna

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and at least 3 years of diversified engineering experience. You will manage engineering projects, participate in cross-functional teams, and ensure the execution of product development from concept to production. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are crucial, along with expertise in GD&T, manufacturing processes, and engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop complex automotive components and assemblies

• Execute PEP/IDP processes for project management

• Collaborate with customers and suppliers for effective communication

• Generate innovative solutions for product development

• Analyze failures in the field and create accurate reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

• Minimum 3 years of engineering experience

• Proficient in GD&T and 3D modeling/design processes

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Knowledge of APQP, 8D, and DFM/DFA processes
