Controls Programmer in Automation Industry

We require a skilled Controls Programmer with a Diploma in Electrical Engineering and at least 2+ years within the Automation or Automotive sector.

Your role involves collaborating with project managers and engineers to design and implement automation systems. You will also provide guidance on technical requirements and communicate effectively with team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and program software for automated equipment

• Collaborate on project scopes with management teams

• Design and commission automation systems and robotic cells

• Troubleshoot and resolve shop floor automation issues

• Ensure storage and backup of programs align with standards

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

• 2+ years experience in Automation or Automotive sector

• Knowledge of Rockwell Studio 5000 and Siemens TIA Portal

• Experience with ABB and Fanuc robotics preferred

• Ability to travel occasionally for project needs
