Position: Capital Planner for Asset Management
Lead the capital planning process for the Town of Newmarket as an Asset Management Capital Planner. This hybrid contract role requires expertise in municipal infrastructure and financial modeling to build a solid capital planning framework.

As an integral part of the Corporate Asset Management team, you'll focus on developing systematic processes and governance structures for long-term infrastructure planning. Your work will culminate in a detailed 10-year capital plan covering essential municipal assets such as roads, parks, and facilities. Collaborate with teams, utilize data analytics, and guide the project delivery while ensuring alignment with asset management principles.
