Become a valuable part of the Town of Georgina as a Junior Project Manager focused on infrastructure projects. This role involves hands-on project management and engineering collaboration in a hybrid work setting.

In this permanent full-time position, you will support the coordination and management of various capital projects within the Operations and Infrastructure department. Your responsibilities will encompass everything from project planning and design to construction oversight and compliance with project budgets and schedules. Two years of experience in project management and engineering techniques are essential to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with capital project management and planning processes

• Review consultant invoices and resolve discrepancies

• Monitor scope, budget, and project schedules

• Prepare procurement documents for engineers and contractors

• Coordinate public consultations and stakeholder interactions

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or Applied Sciences

• Minimum of two years in project administration

• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software

• Strong communication skills with diverse stakeholders

• Valid Class G Driver’s license
