Certified Machinist Tooling Engineer

As a Tooling Engineer, you will leverage your machinist certification to design, modify, and develop tooling solutions for customers. Your responsibilities include test simulations, collaborating with engineer teams, and ensuring all designs meet regulatory standards. In addition, you will conduct performance analysis to enhance quality and efficiency in manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, modify, and implement effective tooling solutions
• Conduct comprehensive testing and troubleshooting of tooling systems
• Collaborate with multiple engineering teams for project success
• Analyze data to drive system improvements and modifications
• Stay updated on industry regulations and requirements
Requirements:
• Must be a Certified Machinist in Ontario
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in tooling and machining
• Expertise in CAD/CAM and understanding of CNC operations
• Knowledgeable in GDT and product quality standards
• Strong collaborative skills with internal and external teams
