As a Product Engineer at Flex-N-Gate, you will be pivotal in the design and testing of new automotive components. Collaborating with the product design and sales teams, you will analyze product features, prepare essential reports, and interact with customers regarding their specifications. Your efforts will directly impact the quality and cost-effectiveness of the products while ensuring production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review engineering drawings and prototypes based on requirements
• Analyze and improve current product offerings for quality and functionality
• Identify and develop solutions for product weaknesses
• Ensure products meet or exceed customer specifications
• Liaise with manufacturing to align specifications with corporate goals
Requirements:
• 3 years' automotive industry experience required
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent diploma
• Knowledge of TS16949 requirements
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel as necessary
