About the opportunity

We are currently seeking a Finance Shared Services Administrator to provide end-to-end administrative support across our Finance Shared Services team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the timely investigation and resolution of customer claims and queries within Accounts Receivable, the accurate processing and recording of invoices within Accounts Payable and supporting the wider business with day-to-day purchasing requirements.

Key Focus areas of the role
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to effectively complete allocated tasks.
  • Investigating and resolving claims and credit requests by liaising directly with our customers and internal departments.
  • Maintaining records and updating with latest status and any investigation findings.
  • Processing supplier invoices on a timely basis and liaising with external suppliers on disputed transactions.
  • Provide backup support where needed within our Finance Shared Services team, ensuring continuous delivery of service to the wider business.
  • Focusing on continuous improvement and maintenance of our Finance Shared Services standard operating procedures (SOPs).
What will you bring to the table?
  • 2 years+ experience in similar AP/AR or office administration role
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong reconciliation abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy Organised and able to multitask.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues independently.
